We have all experienced loss through our lives, but it can sometimes be hard to put our fingers on what we have actually loss. This does not mean that you have not lost something, nor does it mean that your loss is not as important as someone elses.
Some losses are obvious, like the loss I have experienced through the loss of my husband. The pain and grief I feel is understanding to everyone. Ambiguous loss occurs when there is no clear loss or no closure.
It is important to be positive and stay focused on the future. It's important to feel the feelings. You are not alone!
