Covid 19 or Coronavirus which ever you prefer to call it, is a very scary and real threat to those in the child care industry for many reasons. Many of you fear for your own families, the children you care for, your staff and your child care centers. You are probably wondering if your center can survive an outbreak or prolonged closure. You have so many people looking to you to lead and guide them when you are dealing with something that is new to all of us.
In today's episode, I go over the research I have been doing in order to prepare my daycare for this pandemic. I give you an outline for creating your own strategic plan and some of the recommendations I have received from my lawyer, insurance agent and HR advisor.
