Find the Blessings
It is so easy for us to focus on the overwhelm. We must be intentional and look at the blessings that are still around us. Look beyond your current situation at the big picture. Look to your family, friends, even your pets, you will find blessings somewhere. Celebrate the wins. It can feel weird and out of place to celebrate your wins during stressful times, but it’s important for us to focus on the positive.

Stay focused
During stressful times, it can be very hard to stay focused. Look at the things that distract you or keep you focused on issues that are not productive such as social media and the news. Limit your time on activities that are not productive.

Get Structured
If you are closed, create a list of all the things you have been wanting to do, but don’t have the time normally. Prioritize the list on what will produce he most value. If you are open, create a list of essential items that need to be completed and prioritize them.  Create a weekly and daily schedule for yourself. Start with your priority and most valuable items and schedule them in first.

Don’t Pull Back
It is important to make sure to keep the lines of communication open with your families. Whether your open or closed, you are probably missing a lot of families. Stay in their radar by posting on social media, sending emails or making phone calls.  Now is a great time for you to solidify your branding and build a strong relationship with your families.
